Return Conditions

As per our FAQ, we only accept cancellation or refund requests for orders that have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at: contact@medilixir.fr, attaching a photo of the affected product. We will find a suitable solution.

Satisfaction Guarantee

As part of our commitment to quality, if you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us at contact@medilixir.fr within 14 days of receiving your order. We will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

Processing Time

Any accepted refund request will be processed within 5 to 10 business days from the validation of your request.
