📦 Delivery & Orders

What are your product shipping times?

Our orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days. Delivery then takes 4 to 9 days depending on your location.

Do you ship worldwide?

We primarily ship to France. Contact us at contact@medilixir.fr for any international shipping inquiries.

Where do you ship your products from?

Our team is based in Charente-Maritime. Our products are shipped from our logistics warehouse located in Tremblay-en-France.

Do you provide order tracking?

Yes! You will receive an email with your tracking number upon shipment. You can also track your package via the "Track Your Order" tab or by contacting us at contact@medilixir.fr.

Some items are missing from my order, what's happening?

If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately from different warehouses. Don't worry, everything will arrive!

I still haven't received my order. What should I do?

International deliveries may take longer due to customs clearance. If the delay seems abnormal, contact us at contact@medilixir.fr with your order number.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes, all our formulas are specially designed for sensitive and combination skin. Our skincare products are gentle, free of harsh ingredients, and dermatologically tested.

What are the main ingredients in your products?

Our skincare products are enriched with carefully selected natural active ingredients:

  • Collagen — plumps and restores skin elasticity
  • Niacinamide — evens skin tone and tightens pores
  • Panthenol — moisturizes and soothes irritation
  • Turmeric — brightens and reduces dark spots

How long does it take to see results?

The first effects (hydration, radiance) are visible after 2 to 4 weeks of regular use. For optimal results, we recommend daily and continuous use.

How to use the Collagen Night Mask?

Apply a pea-sized amount of product to clean, dry face before bed, 3 to 4 times a week. No rinsing necessary — leave on overnight for intense regeneration.

How to use the Turmeric Radiance Soap?

Use daily on wet face. Gently massage in circular motions, then rinse with lukewarm water. Avoid the eye contour. Ideal morning and evening.

Do your products have certifications?

Yes, our products are CE certified, guaranteeing their compliance with European safety and quality standards.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

Do you have a refund policy?

We only accept refunds for orders not yet shipped. Once the package has been dispatched, a refund cannot be issued.

Can I return an already opened product?

For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned. If you notice a quality defect, contact us at contact@medilixir.fr — we will find a solution.
