General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the commercial relationship between ELVIXIR and any customer placing an order on our site.

1. Products

ELVIXIR offers natural skincare products based on turmeric, collagen, and active ingredients of natural origin (turmeric soap, collagen cream, night mask, etc.). Products are carefully described on each product page.

2. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€) including all taxes (TTC). Products are invoiced at the price in effect at the time of order validation.

3. Order

Any order placed on our site implies acceptance of these GTC. A confirmation email will be sent to you after payment validation.

4. Payment

Payment is made online via Shopify Payments (credit card, Apple Pay, Shop Pay). All transactions are secure.

5. Delivery

Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days. The delivery time is then 4 to 9 business days. Shipments are primarily made to France.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with French law, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the receipt of your order for unopened products. Contact us at contact@medilixir.fr.

7. Refund

We only accept cancellation requests for orders not yet shipped. For any defective product, contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
